Each tube delivers 4450 lumens of light with a very low heat output, which means the tubes can be places very close to the plants. This Red Spectrum tube is more suited for flowering but we would not recommend flowering with these as they are just not strong and intense enough. It would be better to use CFL's or HID lights.
