Sunmaster Dual Spec HPS Lamp
The 600w Sunmaster Duel Spec HPS Lamp has a lumen output of 90000 the majority of which is in the orange/red part of the spectrum, they also produce more blue that most other dual spectrum lamps making them ideal for vegetative growth and flowering. The Sunmaster range of lamps has proven to be excellent value for money providing reliability and quality lamps time and time again. Horticultural lamp light output will decrease with use. We recommend that growers replace lamps at regular intervals to maintain optimum yields.
Note – As soon as lamps are switched on they will run extremely hot. Before handling, lamps should be turned off the ballast disconnected and allowed to cool down. All high-pressure sodium and metal halide lamps need to be handled with care, avoid touching the lamp and particular, care should be taken when using sprays or liquids around hot lamps as this may cause failure or explosion.
600w Maxibright Dura Magnetic Ballast
The 600w Maxibright Dura Magnetic Ballast is a budget version of the I-Pac, the quality vented metal cased ballast that’s used to start up and power a 600 Watt HPS or MH lamp using a traditional magnetic core and coil system alongside a Smart digital igniter. Maxibright’s high-quality, safe circuitry means that the Maxibright Dura Ballast will not restart a hot or faulty lamp and the built in thermal cut out also means that the ballast will shut down safely if it overheats. Although the Maxibright Dura 600w is a budget ballast, it remains high quality and bears the Maxibright “Genuine Quality” seal of approval being able to run a “True 600w” unlike most other budget ballasts out there.
Note – Ballasts run warm so should be located on a firm flat surface (not carpet) in a well-ventilated area. To operate safely, the wattage of any lamps used should match that of the ballast.
Maxibright Goldstar Air Cooled Reflector
The Maxibright Goldstar Air Cooled Reflector is a premium quality shade, proving to be great value for money and a top seller at Grow and Harvest. The Maxibright Goldstar Reflector will easily pay for itself with increased yields throughout warmer months. The Goldstar is built to last, its tough outer casing houses a ceramic horizontal lamp holder and a dimpled aluminium reflector insert which forces HID light downwards through the airtight glass window towards plants. (Hinged for easy access to lamps) Air blown through the spigots at either end of the shade carries away excess heat from the lamp, this heat is then expelled from the grow room. The air-cooling of these reflectors allows them to be positioned close to plants, increasing yields.
Note – Suitable for use with HPS & MH lamps up to a maximum power of 1000w. A duct fan can be connected to one of the flanges on the reflector to remove hot air from the grow area. We recommend pushing air through the reflector using your duct fan.
